Starting to get back into skipping after broken foot. It has been 10 weeks, foot feels ok. Going to take my time getting back into it. Is Power Calisthenics a NEW program.? Looks interesting. I have done 2 rounds already of the JR&D so looking for a new program? I am hoping this site adds new content?..?

Unfortunately my skipping is on hold for a few weeks. Broke 2nd metatarsal skipping last week.
Had under 19,000 skips to finish July challenge of 200,000 skip. Oh well, I know it can be done.

Keep DOINTHETHING.

Jump Rope & Dumbell
Month 2, Day 4: 4,000 skips
34 min 07 sec
BUT as I mentioned I am NOT taking the Rest time. Continuing to skip the entire workout. At rest time just doing regular bounce and the web Dan restarts, back to freestyle
Instead of 4,000 skip I completed 5,086

An extra 1,086 skips in same amount of time.

Want to make your workouts harder without adding more time…..JUST KEEP SKIPPING. don’t take rest periods.

167,003 skips in, 32,997 to reach July Challenge of 200,000 skips.
Oh it will get done!
DO THE THING
