Best thing I did for myself is mealpreppen. When I started to work in the afternoon it took a lot of stress of me to plan my meals for my working days. I prep for 4 days. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. So when I am late from work my husband can easily start and I don't have to cook when I come home.
To stay consistent I always prep healthy meals for us. Big tip if you are tired and just eat what is available. Try to invest just two hours of cooking time and you have your meals ready when you need them.
