Bit of a late start to DBJR Week 3 but I got er done today. Gradually increasing weight, I used 15 lbs for curls and presses and 12.5 lbs for straight arm lifts. And of course my favourite rope, the 6 oz to achieve my 2020 jumps today. Now I’m set for a day on the slopes!šŸ‚ Hope you are out surfing Dan!
