Just finished the first 4 weeks of JDR90. I finished the last session easy but the first month I developed achilles tendinitis. Stretching and done some exersises I found on youtube helps a lot. I lost about 8 kg and developed more muscle mass. Jump ropes really work and it's only 30 min so I don't end up completely tired. I kept on playing padel 3 times a week for 90 min and getting better at it due to improved fitness. Hope I stay injury free and I will keep going.
