Dan , And everyone in the JRD community, tell me what you think. I’m going on a hike that’s 2 miles all uphill. I am doing the jump + db Work out. To prepare for it, on leg day instead of doing squat press, I am doing step ups on a 22 inch box (to simulate walking up a steep incline, like I’ll be doing. Do you think this is OK or should I be following exactly what Dan is doing ( squat press)? Open to opinions.
