Day 3 of Sleigh the Scale. Managed 3 really good unassisted chin-ups each time for a total of 30. Progress on chins and pull-ups has been slow, but it comes with time! Used to be able to do zero! I was definitely not doing 30 when I did JRD Max Month 1, so this is so encouraging Also...for anyone who has room in a basement or a workout room, I recommend the pull-up bar Dan has. It's made by Cap Strength. It takes up a lot of room, so it's not for everyone, but it's so sturdy. I dig it.
