Day 4 again with a jump rope 🥳
Was feeling good, once I got started so naturally I pushed myself 🙈 all good no injuries 😁but even my watch told me I was overreaching (based on the metrics)
Maybe I’m looking at a day 5 recovery (watch says 68 hours to fully recover) but we’ll see tomorrow.
Been trying to calculated my jumps/min and landing on 150-210 from low- to high intensity intervals. Maybe it’s time to invest in those AMP handles 🤔
