Today a made a quick workout 15sec on 5sec off for 72 intervals with a quick 30sec break every 6 intervals.
Felt great and at no time this week did I feel it in the knees, so maybe this is the time I’m back for good 🫰🏻
Second consecutive day I was told I’m overreaching (by my watch) so happy we reached the weekend and I can rest a bit with some longer walks 😁
