Did a 10 minute jump rope workout with 100 pushups and 50 weighted squats and 50 single leg deadlifts. It was a productive workout πŸ’ͺ

For the pushups I used a technique I have seen on YouTube with I tip from Stephen Payne I did the #2 version. I used my strongest resistance band. In the beginning I thought this is way to easy. I could do 8 in a row in given time. O boy at the end they were much harder to do. So I keep this resistance band for a while. If I can do 100 in a set I change the resistance. This is exactly what I needed Stephen πŸ€—
