I had a great workout this morning. Day 2 of Week 2 Plyo. After Monday where you have to jump 1 minute in a row I did two different workouts to rest my calf again. Did some triggerpoint massage on the calf which felt great.
My stamina increases so I can do daily workouts now. the aches and pains I experienced are almost gone. I am so great full 🙏
