Doing something different for today not one to ever flex but smashed out day five and loving the dumbell program, of course got a long way to go but steady progress daily :), one tip I wanted to share for those that either binge food or snacks one think I noticed that helps me keep my nutrition on track is to keep a mint breath spray on hand I have it when Iām craving sugar or sweets and I noticed my brain sorta tricks its self like I just cleaned my teeth and takes away a lot of the craving since eating and brushing your teeth never tastes good.
