Hi guys

I came home from work very tired wasn’t going to bother doing the thing, but after I had my pre workout I was ready to go.

3lb rope 14 x 30 second rounds (new personal best)

1.5lb rope 10 x 30 second rounds

0.75lb rope 3 x 60 second rounds

Now I’m feeling slightly light headed but I know I’ll sleep well tonight. Have a great day 😎👍🏻
