Finally finished week 3 of month 2 in the heavy rope program! I went into this one without a whole lot of energy, but I managed to come out the other side in a really good sweat. I kept up with everything except the 1lb set, completing 900/1000 skips. Didn’t quite beat last weeks numbers, but still got a heck of a workout in!
