Finish 2nd round of JR&D about a week ago and now just doing some of the Ladder, all skipping workouts from JRD Max and JR&D.
I mentioned on my last day of 2nd round that I started to NOT do the rest periods when skipping the last 2 weeks. Instead of resting, I continue with regular bounce during the rest time
Today I did JR&D M1 D2 TOTAL CARDIO. Total skip count was 4,298. Compare that to when I took the rest time and my count was 2,952.
An additional 1,346 skips. Same 31 minute workout.
Another way to make a workout you have done before harder. Not only by using a heavier jump rope or increasing your dumbbell weight.
Just keep jumping. Instead of the REST period, continue with regular bounce.
I am at 148,079 with 10 days to get to 200,000 to complete the challenge. The extra 1,346 goes a long way when trying to get 200,000
