Finished M1W1 second time through. 15-lbs on day 1 and 20-lbs for days 3 and 5. Feeling strong and making some dietary changes to lose a little gut fat this time. It’s almost shirtless running season and need to rep for us daddy types lol. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ❀️❀️
