Finished Month 1 of JRD Max today!!! Can and can't believe how effective jump roping has been for meΒ πŸ˜… Some of the coolest things I've noticed has been getting through the modifications at higher reps than when I first started (ex: hanging from the pull-up bar from 3 seconds to 14 seconds), eating a lot cleaner and leaner, and attempting other jumps like boxer without over thinking it. Thanks for making this program JRD! Looking forward to Month 2!
