Wanted to save and expose my first effort to the community in order to create a little additional accountability. I set the timer for 3 minutes and took a plank break at one point. Thinking of trying 30 sec skipping alternating with 30 second planks for a 3 minute session for the first week or two every other day. Happy to take any guidance,
