Tough one today! Had to adapt it. I used only the 1/4-pound rope, 20 tricep push-ups, the plank up-downs became plank or side plank after round one, 10 walking push-ups. Anyone who can do pull-ups after this workout (Iām looking at you, Michal!), I salute you! šŖšŖššā¤ļøā¤ļø
