Week 1 Finished - M1,W1,D5 of the JRD Jump Rope +Dumbbell Challenge.
Slowly increased my dumbbell weight to 3kgs today. Monday’s workout I will move up to 5kgs. Don’t let your ego get in the way, you may hurt yourself.
The 100 push-ups really challenge me to the point that last 10 push-ups I need a break between each push-up to get through it.
12 months ago 100 push-ups were not an issue. Just goes to show how being unwell for over 4 weeks and gaining too much weight can do to your strength and fitness.
Good luck to everyone on this challenge, looking forward to see some great results in April/ May 2024.
