Hi guys
Today I did:
2lb rope (4 x 60 seconds rounds)
1lb rope (3 x 60 seconds rounds)
0.75lb rope (5 x 60 seconds rounds)
0.5lb rope (3 x 60 seconds rounds)
My goal is to get the 2lb rope for 5 x 60 second rounds but when ever I do up to the 4th round I physically cannot do the 5th round. Iām already resting quite long after each round (2:30 min)
Any advice how to get through the plateau? Have a great day everyone
