Good day shooting some YouTube videos. Have lately been extremely satisfied with the content on the channel specifically abt weight loss and overall health. What do You think? What do you want more of? More jump rope related videos or more weight loss / diet / life type stuff? I gotta admit I’ve def been having more fun talking abt topics related to health and fitness moreso than jump rope. Jump rope will always be my favorite way to move my body and I love making workouts / programs (and will continue to do so) but in terms of YT content creation I’m having more fun digging deeper into topics invoking how to think abt diet, life, mindset, habits, etc. Anyway, feedback always appreciated. Oh also I did 50 pull-ups today. No jump rope. #dothething
