Guess who’s done month 2 of the heavy rope program?! Yay! Felt light and fast today. Beat last weeks numbers for the 1lb sets, but didn’t quite beat my personal best, but I’m okay with that. Got in all the pushups, all the planks, and made it to 920/1000 1lb skips! So excited to be starting month 3! 🤩 Happy Tuesday dudes and dudettes!
