If I'm being honest... I don't like day 5's workout. I mean, the idea behind it is fine; but it's way too rushed. I think at a minimum you need 30 seconds for the push ups. Even Dan couldn't keep up with the timer!

Anyway, it's the first time I've done the workout because last week I did a 1.5 hour city hike instead. 🏙

So far, it's my only negative feedback. 😅😊 Otherwise, really liking the program.
