It has been a stressful couple of weeks mentally. I wanted to do my workouts but my body didn't ð¥Ž
I had to take a break and recover from all the stress. Today is a beautiful sunny day and a good start to get back in the habit of working out. So I went for a great walk. My speed was under 10 and my VO2 max is still on point. My endurance did drop a lot, but that will rise again after several Jumprope sessions.
A year ago I would be very disappointed, but now I know I can get in the groove again very quickly ðª
Good luck with the challenge. I will start at week 3 again ð
