Hey everyone hope you're getting after it been a while since I've posted in here as I've been plagued with sports injuries injured hand concussion and damaged ribs all at different times so it's completely hindered my training but all better now so tried Dan's 15 mins heavy rope workout just now to get back Into it can tell I haven't done it in a while so I'll be taking small steps to get built back up then I'm going to do one of the programmes.
