I've just finished doing the thing Dan Witmer can I ask you something please and I don't want it to sound stupid I've watched your tutorial on the double unders as I've been out of sorts with jumping rope I've been following the instructions but I'm not sure if my form is off when you're going for consecutives am I supposed to feel a bit of pain in my shoulders like muscle aches as I'm constantly turning the rope if that makes sense thank you

Hey I need help with something has anyone done a programme ropeless and if so was the weight loss results good ? I do have ropes but because the weather isn't the best don't want to be getting wet through so I'll be doing my workouts inside I know it's not going to be the same intensity as using a rope but I was just wondering if I'll still lose a good amount of weight ?. Any help would be appreciated

Thank you , yeah I definitely am going to be doing that don't want to be getting injured again and halting my journey further

Hey everyone hope you're getting after it been a while since I've posted in here as I've been plagued with sports injuries injured hand concussion and damaged ribs all at different times so it's completely hindered my training but all better now so tried Dan's 15 mins heavy rope workout just now to get back Into it can tell I haven't done it in a while so I'll be taking small steps to get built back up then I'm going to do one of the programmes. Have a good weekend everyone 🍻😎

Mines healthy eating I don't eat many snacks I can literally go cold turkey on the snacks and I feel fine for that but I eat very little vegetables because I don't like them so I try to make up for it with extra training and protein and carbs. Regards training I feel like I'm in a good place at the moment 😎

Dan Witmer can't beat steak and eggs πŸ˜‚
