Hey I need help with something has anyone done a programme ropeless and if so was the weight loss results good ? I do have ropes but because the weather isn't the best don't want to be getting wet through so I'll be doing my workouts inside I know it's not going to be the same intensity as using a rope but I was just wondering if I'll still lose a good amount of weight ?. Any help would be appreciated

Hey everyone hope you're getting after it been a while since I've posted in here as I've been plagued with sports injuries injured hand concussion and damaged ribs all at different times so it's completely hindered my training but all better now so tried Dan's 15 mins heavy rope workout just now to get back Into it can tell I haven't done it in a while so I'll be taking small steps to get built back up then I'm going to do one of the programmes. Have a good weekend everyone 🍻😎

That's week 2 done of the swole samurai finished day 5 today as was on holiday for Mon and Tues didn't really have the space to do anything so I used them as my days rest felt great finishing this week definitely hit a few bumps with the work outs but just pushed myself to get them done can't wait for tomorrow's workout 😎
