Hey everyone,
For those of you who’ve completed them both, what’s the difference between JRD90 and JRD Max? Is Max more intense?
I’m working through JRD90 currently (finishing up week 7) and just trying to figure out where the other 90 days plans land.
For example, shredded ninja for getting lean & swole samurai for building muscle.
Just tryin to figure where JRD Max fits.
