Hey guys! I had a question for the community, I would really appreciate it if you guys could share some tips. So basically I'm 18 years old and I'm not exactly skinny nor fat, I have an ok physique, I'm 5 foot 8 and weighed 63kg.
I have been working out on and off but finally have gotten consistent with the workouts, I'm around 3 weeks in, and I have gained around 3-4 kgs! I'm 67kg now. I have gained this much weight because after I have gotten consistent with the workouts I'm super hungry all the time and if I don't eat I feel foggy the whole day. So I don't really get this situation because I'm eating a ton of food now and if I don't eat enough I have a lot of muscle soreness and I'm just very very tired. So is this normal? Or will I now gain some muscle? I mean I'm doing like 30 minutes of jump rope everyday and some bodyweight so shouldn't I be losing weight?
