Hey JRD athletes happy Saturday. Thanks for all your input on my last post “what do you struggle with?” My takeaways from your responses is that the main struggles are 1) food choices + eating too much and 2) motivation.
On the food front I do have a lot of recipes / changes to my eating habits that have helped me a lot over the years and i think it’s time for an updated nutrition system with more of my current recipes. Thoughts?
As far as motivation the only way to combat that is community tbh. Consistently checking in, in this forum. Even on days where you feel like shit. What else do you think I could be doing better to help you?
