Hey JRD gang, just wanted to hop in and leave a message. I know it’s been some time since I’ve been in here. Apologies abt that. Managing the content flow of JRD and posting constantly all over these different platforms while trying to figure out the best strategy for growth + new programs + serving the community can be difficult at times. I also get bored of saying the same old things abt eating the same food or even feeling like I don’t have much value to offer in terms of new information. But even as I type that I realize what the purpose of this community is (specifically the JRD app community) which is ACCOUNTABILITY. The purpose of JRD is consistency. So even if it’s posting the fact that I did the same workout 7 days in a row… there is a still a place for that here. So we all help each other stay on track. I am still planning to launch the heavy rope program this year btw just have had some delays in getting started. Will keep you posted. In the meantime keep being consistent and doing YOUR best. It’s really all you can do. And it’s a never ending process. Appreciate ya 🤘🏻🙏🏻
