Heyyo challengers what’s up!? Loving the activity in here ⚡️⚡️ just wanted to share another recipe I’ve been eating a lot recently. 1 lb ground beef. Cherry tomatoes. Mint leaves. Garlic butter to coat the pan. Cheddar cheese. I fry two eggs on the top and just eat it as is. This is very high calorie so if needed cut the recipe in half. I eat most my calories at the end of the day so it’s fine for me. I’m not saying eat ground beef every single day but I gotta say I feel really good when my diet is just fruit, eggs, meat, fish, and some veggies. I keep it simple.
