Hi everyone! Long time no see! I decided to pick up the jump rope again and resubscribe to JRDTV. I've been in a bad rut and have finally decide to climb out of it and become as fit as I can be. (For real this timeΒ π€£)
I have just finished day 2 of Power Cal 4 week program! I can't do the full 30 min workouts yet, but I'm pushing myself as much as I can. Hopefully I can get back on track with my stamina soon again and keep up with the full 30 mins.
For now I'm really glad to be back and reading all the community messages gives such a motivation boost. Have a great week guys!Β π
