I am exhausted π
π² Pushups are not my best friend. Jumping was easy, but those pushups were though. I could do only 2 from the knees. I manage to do them the right way now. The hardest part is the push up again. When I am tired I feel my but has some issues with gravety. What can I do to improve my core stability. I squeeze my glutes and abs, but when I go up they kind of loose the squeeze. So down goes better than up π€
