I did finish 2nd round of JR&D
Used 1/2 lb rope entire 90 days
Increased weights
At the end started to skip the rest time while skipping
Many ways to change it up, may it more challenging
Was 176.1 in Jan 2024 when I did the 1st round of JR&D, the 30 day Plyo, then 2nd round JR&D
Now 159.8lbs. Pic shows when I started and now
Now I am doing a 200,000 skip challenge I. July. 1/2 way through. Mixing up all the βladderβ workouts on the app. Maybe back to a program in Aug
