I feel like the more I eat this way the better I feel and the happier I am. I don’t make balanced meals. I just eat real food and try to get protein through meat / fish / eggs. Micro nutrients from fruit and green juice (I don’t eat many green veggies tbh). Pickled ginger and cabbage for gut health. Little cheese and bacon for taste. My routine is way easier now than it used to be and I don’t mind repeating these meals.
