I had to skip a few workouts last weekend, because of to much stress in my body. I felt overloaded and had to take a little break. So I had to do an extra week to make up for that. Today was the whole lotta cardio day and I smashed it. It went like crazy that much energy I had. I start to recognise when my body need to rest or when I am just being lazy. When I am lazy I start with my warmup and then the other thing will follow. It's just 30+ minutes, I can handle.
When my body is overloaded I go for a walk in nature. I feel much better after that.
