I just get so pumped - albeit tired - after an awesome sweaty workout! Something about dripping in your own sweat is weirdly motivating. 😅 Today marks the end of the week for the heavy rope program! I didn’t quite beat last weeks numbers, but fell into a decent range of about 79/100 of Dan’s 1lb skips. And I’m happy to say I’ve kept up with all the 1/4lb sets, clocking in at 2000 skips! I’m gonna hang out in month 1 for one more week so I can put in the necessary work. Woohoo!
