I was early this morning and fancy a good healthy breakfast. So I made these protein rich wafels. Also great for meal prep.
✅ 150 grams of apple mousse
✅ 300 grams of low fat soft cheese (150 grams for topping)
✅ 75 grams of fine oats
✅ 75 grams of protein powder
✅ 1 egg
✅ 100 grams of egg whites
✅ Some salt
✅ 15 grams of baking powder
✅ 10 grams of maple syrup and berries for topping
✅ Some oil to grease
> 500 calories 💪
