Hi fam 👋🏻
So this morning I had some Greek Yoghurt that needed to be eaten or thrown out, so I decided to do breakfast. I'm normally fasting until 12:00 noon.
What I've started to realize is, when I do get breakfast I'm much more hungry during the day and can really snack at anytime 🤔 anyone else have the same feeling.
Not a big issue, gonna get back to 16:8 fasting again tomorrow, but just though I would share it, if anyone have that snacking-sensation maybe IF can help with that.
