I'm in Week 1 of the torch, just finished Day 3. So fun. I'm in South Florida right now where it's 50 degrees this morning so people are literally wearing ear muffs and parkas, but I was out there in shorts and a tank top feeling good ha. Having just finished JRD90, I can feel how much stronger I've gotten in that I'm crushing all the push-ups like they are nothing, which I definitely was not doing before. Have a great Friday, friends!
