We're randomly selecting one winner (who completed all the workouts) each week to win a freestyle jump rope.
IMPORTANT! the Grand Prize goes to the greatest transformation at the end! So, if you want to participate, take before pics NOW.
How the program works:
Each week consists of 5 workouts per week (2 rest days).
You must do all 5 workouts for that week (or as much of it as you can, I will check!) and comment in the community forum's post for that week after each workout.
The post for every week will be pinned at the top! All you've got to do is tell us your thoughts on the workout, your fitness progress, or post a sweaty selfie!
At the end of the week, finishers will be collected and one winner will be randomly selected.
Repeat the week's workouts for 1 month, then progress on to Month 2.
Look for my posts every week (like this one) it'll have the program thumbnail and say "it's week __ of the challenge!" This is where you will comment!
