Hey gang. Currently working on a JRD “curriculum” or methodology (however you wanna call it). My basic idea of what it means to be jump rope fit or the characteristics that embody a jump rope dude or dudette. Training things like can you do 50 double unders in a row? Can you skip for 5 straight minutes without messing up? Can you go 2 min with the 1lb rope? etc. Goals for ppl to strive towards similar to getting “JRD certified”. Just wanted to let you guys know first, prob won’t be ready for another 2-3 months ha just pumped on it and wanted to share. We will obviously continue making programs for the app but I feel it’s good to create a standard or benchmark for what I think you should try and shoot for on your weight loss / fitness / jump rope journey. I want people to lose weight and get fit, that’s cool, but I also really want ppl to feel more athletic and capable regardless of your age. More to come. All comments and feedback welcome of course.
