Just finished the Max programme with my favorite rope of all time (1/2Lb w/ heavy handles)! Feeling a lot more agile, lighter and balanced on my feet. I can also do more than zero pushups now ☺️
What should I go for next? I'm thinking about the Power Plyo Jump.. what do you suggest? πŸ€”
