Just did the first day of JRD Max. Probably could have maxed out on the push-ups and pull-ups more? I did 13 each set for push-ups, and just 2 pull-ups every time. Still...that's 20 pull-ups which is a lot of pull-ups for me! Next week I will try 15 push-ups each set and 3 pull-ups each set and see how it goes. Was fun to work out with Dan! I always work out alone, so he is the studly best workout buddy I've never had haha. Thanks, Dan!
