Hi fam 👋🏻 Saturday morning (usually a rest day) got up at did day 5! Or at least some of it 😔
Had to stop midway through as the wrist pain got to big, even for swinging the rope… anyone tried some of these push-up grips that allows for a straight wrist? 🤷🏻♂️
Not the end to the week I was hoping for, and I’m actually gruelling for day 1 on Monday with all that push-up action 🙈
