Day 5 from the second week DONE ...

I did up to 8 push ups and than 8* 8 push ups and down to 0 ... It is hard and very fast done.

I already lost weight since I started the JRD MAX PROGRAM... there is a long way to go.

Now ... Let's FLEX a little 😂😂😂
