After I demage the hula hoop I took a rope and jump ... 4* and than mess up🤦🏼♀️ but I started the JRD beginner challenge and start to post every day at FB my jumping progress. 👍 The JRD support me with the videos in YT, nice words in FB and now here.
I started with no idea how far I can come. Now ... without 40 kg and 45 cm less arround the belly, I enjoy it so much, that I go every week to a local ropeskipping club.
And I did day 5 of week 3 in the JRD MAX PROGRAM 💪💪💪
