Got it done today, almost made it through every set, but still need a little more rest. First week down though!
I have some questions!
do I start week two tomorrow? Or do I rest two days?
I seem to take a bit to break out into a sweat - is that odd? Am I dehydrated?
finding myself yawning between the various second-sets - is that weird?! I'm trying to do better controlling my breathing.
lastly... My ears get cold while jumping - anyone else have that happen?
Am I just strange? 😆
