Just finished week 3 day 2 of DB+JR. What a great workout. Got hit with some disappointing news, my triglycerides shot up 25 points to 175. Not sure what I need to fix. I eat from Clean Eatz a ton, but I tend to choose Mac and cheese meals. I also use some orange juice in my smoothie (yogurt, protein powder and some juice to blend it up). I’ve also been going nuts on homemade chipotle bowls and use a ton of bison and ground beef. But my soda intake has been increasing, as has my latte intake. I make my lattes at home using Fairlife whole milk. I feel like my exercise is good, since I’m doing a jump rope program in addition to walking on my desk treadmill at work for about an hour and also walk at lunch plus getting in a swim lately. I also take psyllium husk and fish oil. Not sure where to start my tweaks. Being 45 sucks! I thought I was killing it since I’ve been losing weight.
